Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 30, 2013, the Company effected a 4 for 1 forward split of its share capital such that every one share of common stock to the split was exchanged for four post-split shares of common stock. As a result, Mr. Holcombe's previously reported shareholdings of 3,100,000 common shares were split into 12,400,000 common shares.

2. The original number of shares sold by Mr. Holcombe was 100,000 common shares. The share amounts indicated on this form represent post-split shares.

3. Options were granted pursuant to the 2013 Stock Option Plan of the Company.
