Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 30, 2013, the Company effected a 4 for 1 forward split of its share capital such that every one share of common stock to the split was exchanged for four post-split shares of common stock. As a result, Mr. Holcombe's previously reported shareholdings of 3,100,000 common shares were split into 12,400,000 common shares.

2. Reflected on a post forward split basis (see note (1) above).

3. Effective January 4, 2019, the option exercise price was adjusted from $0.75 to $0.40 per share.

4. Effective May 5, 2019, the option exercise period was extended from May 5, 2019 to May 5, 2020.

5. Options were granted pursuant to the Company's 2013 Stock Option Plan.

6. Effective January 4, 2019, the option exercise price was adjusted from $1.00 to $0.40 per share.

7. Effective January 4, 2019, the option exercise price was adjusted from $1.50 to $0.40 per share.

8. Effective January 4, 2019, the option exercise price was adjusted from $0.85 to $0.40 per share.

9. Effective January 4, 2019, the option exercise price was adjusted from $1.00 to $0.40 per share.
