Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 22, 2018, Kura Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an oral presentation on updated data from its Phase 2 clinical trial of tipifarnib in patients with HRAS mutant head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (“HNSCC”) and preliminary results in patients with other HRAS mutant squamous cell carcinomas (“SCC”).
In the same press release, the Company also provided call in details for a live teleconference that it will host on October 22, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. ET (17:00 CET) to discuss this data. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
