Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 8, 2019, FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.

A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

In the Press Release, the Company announced a regular cash distribution of $0.19 per share, which will be paid on or about July 2, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 19, 2019.

The Company will make available under the “Events and Presentation” page within the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website (www.fskkrcapitalcorp.com) a presentation providing an overview of the Company’s operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 in advance of its previously announced May 9, 2019 conference call.
