Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 30, 2020, the Reporting Person, as the Company's employee, was granted 200,000 shares of common stock, vested immediately. The grant was made under the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. On July 7, 2020, the Company effected a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock. With the reverse stock split, the number of shares held by the Reporting Person changed from 200,000 to 40,000.

2. On August 13, 2021, Tuo PAN, the Reporting Person's wife and the Company's CFO, was granted 200,000 shares of common stock, vested immediately. The grant was made under the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan.
