Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year
On February 14, 2011, the board of directors of Incoming, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the change of date of the Company’s fiscal year end from November 30th to December 31st. A report covering the transition period commencing December 1st and ending on December 31, 2010 will be filed on the Company’s periodic report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
