On July 29, 2019, PCB Bancorp, a California corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it will be meeting with investors at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference on July 30 and 31, 2019 in New York City, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
