This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to correct an inadvertent typographical error with respect to the omission of a conformed signature. Except as set forth herein, this Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A does not amend or update any other information set forth in the Original 8-K.

(b) On February 27, 2024, Roderick A. Pickney notified the Company of his decision to resign from his role as the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions of the Company, effective March 15, 2024.
