ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Rovi Corporation has entered into an extension of its existing Interactive Program Guide License and Distribution Agreement and Patent License Agreement with Time Warner Cable Inc., which was scheduled to expire March 31, 2016.
The agreement is extended through December 31, 2016 unless earlier terminated according to its terms by Rovi.
