On June 11, 2018,Michael Naparstek,resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) ofNext Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), and such resignation has become effective on such date.
On June 11, 2018, the board of the Company appointed Michael De Prado, a current director of the Company and the Company’s President as the interim CFO, to hold that position until his successor is appointed in accordance with the by-laws of the Company.
