On February 3, 2014, Amarantus BioScience Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) released a summary of the Clinical Study Report from the Investigator’s Brochure related to clinical data for Eltoprazine in a Phase 2a clinical study Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (the “Summary”). The Summary was most recently updated in 2010 following statistical analyses by independent statisticians. Most notably, the statistical significance of the primary endpoint was updated from p<0.051 to p=0.003.
A copy of the Summary is attached hereto is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
