Item 8.01. Other Events
This Current Report on Form 8-K amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 9, 2012. On April 10, 2012 Charles E. Hennighausen returned from a temporary medical leave of absence and resumed his duties as Executive Vice President, Production Operations. Thomas Moring, who assumed Mr. Hennighausen’s duties and responsibilities while Mr. Hennighausen was on leave, continues in his role as Vice President, Support Services.
