Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 1, 2023, Workhorse Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain business updates, including the Company’s plan to refresh its Board of Directors including by nominating two new directors in connection with its 2023 annual meeting.
