This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment No. 1”) amends the Schedule 13D (the “Schedule 13D”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 26, 2013, relating to the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Lexmark International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”).
