Reflects the weighted average price of 4,282 shares of common stock of Issuer sold by the reporting person in multiple transactions on March 26, 2020 with sale prices ranging from $39.39 to $39.725 per share. Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff, Issuer, or a security holder of Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

2. Reporting Person's Form 4 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 10, 2019 inadvertently listed the incorrect number of shares indirectly held by The Blakley Living Trust UA Feb. 9, 2016. This total correctly reflects the total shares indirectly held by The Blakley Living Trust UA Feb. 9, 2016. Reporting Person does not directly hold any shares.

3. The Blakley Living Trust UA Feb. 9, 2016, for which Reporting Person is Co-Trustee with spouse.

4. Represents shares held in the Rollover IRA FBO Bruce G. Blakley, of which Reporting Person is the sole owner with full voting and disposition rights.
