EXPLANATORY NOTE
Telco Cuba, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 to our Quarterly Report on Form 10-K Form 10-Q for the quarter ended February 28, 2014 (the “Amended Filing”) for the purpose of disclosing that its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included with the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended February 28, 2014 (the “Financial Statements”), which was filed on October 8, 2014 (the “Original 10-Q Filing”) were not reviewed by the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm as required by SEC Rule 10-1 (d) of Regulation S-X;
No other changes have been made to the Form 10-Q. This Form 10-Q/A1 speaks as of the original filing date of the Form 10-Q, it does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original filing date.
