On October 13, 2014, Adaptive Medias, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its engagement with Wealthmakers Online Predictive Research (“Wealthmakers”) to provide statistical stock market predictions and issue a research report highlighting the projected short squeeze valuation of the Company’s common stock.
