Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 5, 2022, the Company will host a virtual research and development webcast focused on RAD011 from 10:00am to 12:00pm EST. RAD011 is the Company’s investigational synthetic cannabidiol oral solution which has potential utilization in multiple orphan diseases.
