Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 14, 2016, ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary revenue, net income, Adjusted net income, and Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference. On October 25, 2016, the company will release its full third quarter of 2016 financial results and hold a conference call to discuss its results at 8 a.m. central time.
