Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) reported today that Martin Wick has left the Company and the position of Chief Operating Officer, Terminix, effective December 11, 2017. Mr. Wick will receive separation benefits consistent with the Company’s standard practices and guidelines disclosed in its 2017 Proxy Statement.
In connection with this announcement, the Company’s Terminix business unit issued a press release on December 11, 2017, a copy of which is being furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
