1. Michael MacDougall is a TPG Partner. TPG is affiliated with TPG Pace Beneficial Finance Sponsor, Series LLC, which directly holds an aggregate of 9,902,500 Class F Ordinary Shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of TPG Pace Beneficial Finance Corp. (the "Issuer").

2. Mr. MacDougall disclaims beneficial ownership of all of the securities that are or may be beneficially owned by TPG Pace Beneficial Finance Sponsor, Series LLC or any of its affiliates.
