Carey Watermark Investors Incorporated (“CWI”) previously announced that its primary offering is scheduled to terminate on September 15, 2013 and that it intended to cease accepting new orders for shares of its common stock no later than August 16, 2013. CWI has extended the date on which it will cease to accept new orders to August 30, 2013.
