On June 15, 2023, the Company announced that previously disclosed results from the Phase 3 RELIEF study of its TNX-102 SL product candidate for the management of fibromyalgia have been published in the peer-reviewed journal Arthritis Care & Research. A copy of the press release which discusses this matter is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.01, and incorporated herein by reference.
