On July 6, 2017, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received conditional acceptance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) for the proposed trade name Tonmya® for TNX-102 SL (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets) for the management of posttraumatic stress disorder (“PTSD”). A request for proprietary name review for Tonmya will be submitted once the PTSD New Drug Application (“NDA”) is submitted. The FDA’s final approval of Tonmya is subject to NDA approval.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
