On September 14, 2017, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received a European patent for TNX-102 SL; Patent No. 2501234, “Methods and Compositions for Treating Symptoms Associated with Posttraumatic Stress Disorders Using Cyclobenzaprine”.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
