Item 8.01. Other Events
As previously disclosed on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 21, 2018, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) presented results and retrospective analyses of two studies at the 2018 Military Health System Research Symposium on August 21, 2018.
The retrospective analysis of the Company’s Phase 3 P301 HONOR Study of TNX-102 SL (Tonmya®) revealed a treatment effect in participants who experienced trauma less than or equal to nine years prior to screening (approximately 50% of the modified intent-to-treat (mITT) population). For this subgroup, the p-value of the primary endpoint at Week 12, using mixed model repeated measures with multiple imputation, was 0.039. In contrast, there was no benefit in the participants who experienced trauma more than nine years prior to screening.
