On October 13, 2010, American Energy Fields, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received a technical report for the Artillery Peak Project located in Mohave County, Arizona (the “Technical Report”). The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the provisions of National Instrument 43-101.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
