1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices $0.2524 to $0.2634, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Halcon Resources Corporation, any security holder of Halcon Resources Corporation, or staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.

2. Shares owned by a family limited partnership of which the reporting person and his spouse are general partners. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of any securities in which he does not have a pecuniary interest.
