Termination of Mr. B. Eric Sivertsen Employment Agreement
On August 29, 2013, CIG Wireless Corp. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Mr. B. Eric Sivertsen who had served asthe Company’s Executive Vice President of Legal and Compliance since August 2, 2013. In connection with the termination of Mr. Sivertsen’s services, the Company also terminated, without cause, the Employment Agreement with Mr. Sivertsen, dated as of May 3, 2013, as amended August 2, 2013 (the “Employment Agreement”). Subject to execution of general releases acceptable to the Company, Mr. Sivertsen shall be paid severance payments equal to three months of his salary under the Employment Agreement.

Termination of Services of Mr. B. Eric Sivertsen as Executive Vice President of Legal and Compliance
Effective August 29, 2013, the Company terminated the employment of Mr. B. Eric Sivertsen who had been serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Legal and Compliance, asdescribed in Item 1.02 above, which is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
