Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective June 18, 2014 G. Allen Clary resigned as president and director of As Seen On TV, Inc. (the “Company”). He also resigned as chief operating officer of Infusion Brands International, Inc., the Company’s majority shareholder. Mr. Clary has not expressed any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
