Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 5, 2014, Robert DeCecco resigned as an officer and from the board of directors of the Company and its subsidiaries. Pursuant to Mr. DeCecco’s resignation he is not entitled to any payments or benefits subsequent to his date of resignation.
