Unaudited Financial Information
On December 20, 2010, Plastec Technologies, Ltd. (formerly GSME Acquisition Partners I) (the “Company”) announced interim, unaudited financial results of Plastec International Holdings Limited (“Plastec”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, for its fiscal 2011 second quarter and six months ended October 31, 2010. A copy of the press release, including the unaudited financial results, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
