On August 14, 2019, ClearSign Combustion Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2019 (the “Second Quarter Results”). The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 7.01.
Also on August 14, 2019, the Company held a conference call discussing the Second Quarter Results and other business related information provided by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. A transcript of this conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
