| Grand Canyon Education, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the offices of Grand Canyon Education, Inc., located at 2600 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85017 at 10:30 a.m. Arizona Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
