Explanation of Responses:

1. The rights accrued when and as cash dividends were reinvested in securities and vest on the same terms as the RSUs to which they relate with vested shares delivered shortly after vesting.

2. Represents 1,695 RSUs originally granted on February 24, 2015 plus prior dividends and 9 RSUs issued effective June 12, 2018 in connection with the company's cash dividend.

3. Represents 5,809 RSUs originally granted on February 23, 2016 plus prior dividends and 30 RSUs issued effective June 12, 2018 in connection with the company's cash dividend.

4. Represents 11,087 RSUs originally granted on May 12, 2016 plus prior dividends and 56 RSUs issued effective June 12, 2018 in connection with the company's cash dividend.

5. Represents 5,545 RSUs originally granted on February 14, 2017 plus prior dividends and 28 RSUs issued effective June 12, 2018 in connection with the company's cash dividend.
