Business Description and Basis of Presentation [Text Block]	A. Description of Business, Basis of Presentation, and Significant Transactions Organization Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") is a rare disease company melding science, data and patient need to create transformational therapies for diseases with limited or no first KP1077 eing developed as a treatment for idiopathic hypersomnia ("IH"), a rare neurological sleep disorder, and narcolepsy.
