Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 2, 2012, HSN, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("HSNi"), issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Chasing Fireflies LLC, a leading direct to consumer premium children's and family lifestyle brand, through HSNi's operating segment, Cornerstone Brands.
