On December 21, 2009, Dwayne R. Sigler provided notice that he would resign as Senior Vice President, Marketing of Broadview Security, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brink’s Home Security Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective January 8, 2010.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Sigler’s resignation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
