On June 24, 2014, Paul Enright, who served as the Company’s CEO, Secretary and Treasurer and as a Director, resigned his position as CEO and was elected to serve as Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Relations. He also continues as Secretary and Treasurer and as a Director. Earnest Blackmon, who previously served as the Company’s President and as a Director, was elected to also serve as the Company’s CEO.
