On February 20, 2024, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported a sale of 33,000 shares of Common Stock and, following such sale, he owned directly owned 2,886,978 shares of Common Stock. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the Reporting Person sold 34,000 shares of Common Stock and, following such sale, owned 2,885,978 shares of Common Stock.
