On September 14, 2009, certain current directors and certain former shareholders surrendered for cancellation an aggregate of 129,000,000 shares of common stock of Brand Neue Corp. (the “Company”). As a result, and based on several subsequent issuances, there are currently 24,371,905 shares of common stock of the Company issued and outstanding. The cancellation is described further on the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
