Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 15, 2017, Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company’s preliminary results of operations and its anticipated 2017 drilling and completion capital budget. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
