Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3 filed on September 14, 2017 is being filed to correct the original Form 3 to include 46,187 shares of common stock held by the reporting person directly prior to becoming a Director of the Issuer, which were previously reported as being held by Runnels Family Trust DTD 1-11-2000.

2. This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3 filed on September 14, 2017 is being filed to correct the original Form 3 to remove 37,640 shares of common stock held by Runnels Family Trust DTD 1-11-2000, which were incorrectly included in the original Form 3.

3. These securities are held by the Runnels Family Trust DTD 1-11-2000, for which Reporting Person acts as a trustee with Jasmine N. Runnels, who share voting and dispositive power.
