Explanation of Responses:

1. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's common stock, $0.001 par value, upon vesting.

2. Pursuant to the Restricted Stock Unit Agreement by and between the issuer and Dr. Hosseinion dated June 28, 2024, the 113,265 RSUs granted to Dr. Hosseinion will vest in three equal installments vesting 1/3 each on March 1, 2025, March 1, 2026 and March 1, 2027.
