Remarks:

This Amendment to the Form 4 originally filed on December 20, 2018 ("Original Filing") is made to correct misreporting in the Original Filing that resulted directly from broker errors. The Original Filing (which is amended and restated in its entirety by this filing) disclosed a purchase of 3,800 shares that was mistakenly executed by the reporting person's broker and reported to administrative personnel who assist the reporting person with Form 4 disclosure, rather than a sale of 3,800 shares that was ordered by the reporting person. As of the date of this Amendment, the reporting person's broker has corrected its error by rescinding the purchase transaction, executing the sale of 3,800 shares actually ordered by the reporting person and making the reporting person whole for the price decrease between the initial execution and the broker's correction.
