Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2008, Element92 Resources Corp. (the "Company") initiated a preliminary exploration program on a block of 8 of the Company’s contiguous claims located in Huddersfield Township in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
The exploratory work is being conducted by a team led by Dr. Jean Semples and includes mapping, sampling and trenching programs on the claims as well as magnetometer and radiometer (scintillometer) sampling.
