Travere intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the offering to repurchase approximately $207.1 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 2.50% senior convertible notes due 2025 (the “2025 Notes”) for cash, including accrued and unpaid interest, of approximately $213.8 million.
