("Grifols" or the "Company") hereby informs about the following OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION Following the Inside Information communications published on 29 December 2023 with respect to Grifols and Haier Group Corporation ("Haier") having entered into a Strategic Alliance and Share Purchase Agreement to transfer approximately 20% of the shareholding in Shanghai RAAS Blood Products Co., Ltd. to Haier, Grifols reports that the period contractually established by the parties for the completion of the confirmatory due diligence by Haier has concluded with a satisfactory outcome. Consequently, the closing of the transaction is now subject to obtaining the pending ordinary regulatory approvals. As previously reported, the transaction is expected to close during the first half of the year 2024.
