On September 22, 2021, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its third quarter 2021 financial results on Monday, November 8, 2021 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
