1. The transactions reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on May 1, 2024.

2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $65.54 to $66.27. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide, upon request by the SEC staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

3. Reflects a transfer of 347.7139 shares of common stock transferred to the reporting person's former spouse made in July 2022 pursuant to a qualified domestic relations order. The securities owned by the reporting person's former spouse are not beneficially owned by the reporting person. This total reflects shares represented on the most recent statement of the Issuer's 401(k) Plan Administrator.
